This role is ideal for passionate gamers with a talent for customer service who wish to provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking players. You will be the first point of contact for players, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an outstanding gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality player support in Spanish through email communication
Assist players with game-related inquiries, technical issues, and account management
Resolve player concerns promptly to maintain player satisfaction and loyalty
Accurately document player interactions and feedback to help improve support processes
Collaborate with internal teams to relay valuable player insights and feedback
Stay informed about game updates, features, and the broader gaming industry to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (both oral and written) are required
Prior experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous
Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with popular game titles is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions
Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple inquiries
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support provided
