Your Profile:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Backend development, with some knowledge of Kotlin.
* Languages: English (minimum B2) and Spanish.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with effective collaboration with remote teams.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and microservices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences and contribute to cluster architecture design.
* Implement automated tests and alerts.
* Optimize components and analyze new functionalities and system improvements.
* Maintain DevOps pipelines, creation, deployment, and configuration.
* Stay updated with industry trends, suggest improvements, and implement innovative solutions.
* Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks promptly.
* Provide documentation and technical support across environments and business units.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in Kotlin, Java (version 8 or higher), and Spring ecosystem (boot, data, security).
* Knowledge of REST and SOAP protocols.
* Experience in automated testing creation.
* Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
* Understanding of development and architecture patterns.
* Experience working within Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of TDD, DDD, CQRS methodologies.
* Practices like CI/CD and Clean Architecture.
* DevOps skills (AWS, Docker, Github Actions).
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
