We are looking to hire a Junior Human Resources Business Partner for our European HR department. The ideal candidate enjoys working in international, collaborative, and continuous learning environments and will report to the European Talent Management Director.
Key Responsibilities :
* Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
* Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
* Support employee relations and performance management initiatives.
* Contribute to employee engagement programs.
* Maintain accurate employee records.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Leverage our online learning platform to build learning paths and promote them internally.
* Propose learning paths, leadership sessions, webinars, and knowledge transfer activities aligned with company goals.
Job Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1-2 years of HR experience.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of HR principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., ATS, LMS such as Cornerstone).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
