We are looking for a Property Manager Assistant to join our team in Córdoba. This role will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of two apartment buildings located next to each other, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and manage check-ins and guest reception.
* Provide guest support during their stay, assisting with questions or resolving any issues that may arise.
* Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers to address maintenance or operational matters.
* Organize and coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring apartments are ready for guest arrivals.
* Set and communicate cleaning priorities based on scheduled check-ins and check-outs.
* Assist the Property Manager with the daily operational management of the properties.
Profile
* Highly organized and solution-oriented.
* Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Based in Córdoba or willing to relocate.
