Overview
GF Building Flow Solutions, formerly Uponor, is a division of the international industrial corporation Georg Fischer with sales companies in 30 countries and production sites across Europe and the Americas. The Regional Product Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring the execution of the agreed portfolio and channel strategy in selected markets. The role serves as a key liaison between local markets and the Global Category organization, ensuring alignment with category objectives and a strong understanding of local standards, applications, and market needs.

Responsibilities
* Manage, coordinate and ensure the execution of the agreed portfolio and channel strategy in the market.
* Portfolio management for the assigned countries (CMI Portfolio Management).
* Oversee product launches’ technical aspects and secure delivery from input to local Marketing and Sales.
* Conduct technical and product innovation trainings for the sales force.
* Create content for sales arguments and support regional phase-out with PO information to internal touchpoints (local Marketing and Sales).
* Input on exhibition displays and decision-making for regional fairs.
* Monitor and report on customers, competition, application insights, and business requirements as input for the category plan.
* Conduct factory visits for Key Customers (organized by Trade Marketing).
* Check wholesalers’ portals for item listings;
perform application tests on own and competitor products.
* Observe market needs, trends, and competition.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align local strategies with overall marketing objectives.
* Act as the point of contact and reference for local standards, applications, and needs toward sales and internal functions.
* Participate in committee and association work for standards (in collaboration with locals).
* Provide daily business application support and coordinate input from external databases.
* Identify and quantify products and applications opportunities;
identify necessary products, services, and tools;
contribute to developing business models.
* Contribute to creation of compelling contents to support applications and products.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the building products industry.
* Experience in the building industry, preferably plumbing/indoor climate sector, with a focus on product marketing.
* Strong understanding of local market standards, applications, and customer needs.
* Proven ability to manage and coordinate product strategies within a regional market.
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to provide actionable market insights.
* Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
able to serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience in identifying and assessing market opportunities.
