Temporary Production Manager, Concert Series
A part-time position supporting all production aspects and maintenance of Concert Services facilities at the Conservatory.
Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Concert Services, the Concert Services Production Manager will provide technical production support for concerts, clinics, recitals, and other events on and off campus. Responsibilities include coordinating facility setup for college and external rental events, supervising student workers, and managing technical and lighting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and train work-study stage crew employees to ensure smooth event execution.
2. Manage technical and lighting requirements for events across various venues and locations.
3. Ensure proper procedures are followed by student workers to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
4. Coordinate equipment transportation between venues and review technical requirements with the Associate Director.
5. Maintain records of events, productions, and maintenance activities.
