Training Technician

Barcelona .
Responsibilities
Design training materials: scorms, videos, infographics.
Manage the training platform: courses creation, users’ assignment.
Deliver training sessions.
Organize the initial training for new employees.
Work cross‑functionally with other key areas such as Marketing or Medical Affairs.
Provide training support to subsidiaries.
Analyze training results.

Requirements
Education: University degree in health sciences.
Experience: Experience in Pharmacy or in a pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry (marketing or medical area) as an Intern.
Languages: B2 English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
