Regional Sales Manager (Spain)
Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 29 years ago, the company successfully exports its products to Europe and other international markets. Due to active growth, we are opening a position for a Regional Sales Manager in Spain.
We are looking for a candidate based in Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, or Seville, with experience in active sales and communicative Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a sales strategy within the assigned territory .
- Achieve planned sales targets .
- Search for and onboard new clients.
- Control timely and full payment for products and ensure clients’ contractual obligations are met.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiations during field visits;
participate in professional trade shows and events.
- Monitor the beauty market and visit points of sale within the assigned territory.

What We Expect:
- Fluent Spanish and Ukrainian (or Russian) .
- English is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in active sales .
- Own car and driver’s license.
- Readiness for business trips - at least 5 working days per month.
- Confident MS Office skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Result orientation, self-organization, communicativeness.
