As part of a high-performing and collaborative commercial team, you will be responsible for enhancing the competitiveness and availability of hotel products within your assigned portfolio, driving overall commercial performance. Renegotiate commercial agreements with hotel partners to improve availability, pricing, and promotional offers Optimise product performance by applying data-driven actions and prioritising initiatives based on company dashboards Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to align on strategy, share insights, and drive operational efficiency Proven experience in contracting, sales, account management, or a commercial role within travel, hospitality, or a related industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence commercial outcomes Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and translate insights into actions Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus Experience working with commercial or booking systems is desirable
