Your Mission
As Store Manager, you will lead the store strategically and operationally, driving team growth, performance, customer experience, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Expertise: a results-driven salesperson with a strong focus on driving sales and achieving commercial goals.
Customer orientation: committed to building customer relationships, fostering loyalty, and keeping the client at the center.
Market Vision & KPI Focus: use market insights and KPIs to make proactive decisions that increase revenue, enhance store performance, and support overall business success.
Operational Excellence: ensure daily store operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Team Leadership & Development: motivate and inspire a high-performing team, while leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.

What We’re Looking For
●Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
●Background in high-turnover retail with a strong commercial focus, preferably in men’s fashion in the premium or entry-to-luxury segment.
●Strong skills in visual merchandising, stock management, commercial planning, and P&L oversight
●Fluent English needed;
●A true passion or strong affinity for the world of fashion
