Job description We are looking for a professional for event management and trade marketing, with the following main responsibilities:
Events: Organizing brand and trade events, coordinating PR activities, managing suppliers and logistics, preparing budgets, timelines, and post-event reports, and aligning communication with the PR team.
Trade Marketing: Implementing strategies across channels, collaborating with commercial and digital teams, and supporting retailers' e-commerce platforms.
Logistics & Operations: Handling promotional material orders, inventory control, and warehouse management.
Visual Merchandising (VM): Coordinating merchandiser travel, monitoring visits, supervising POS materials, and maintaining photographic archives.
Budget & Supplier Management: Recording expenses, managing project budgets and purchase orders, and onboarding suppliers with proper documentation.
