Our mission is to take the power of open source innovation and bring it to businesses everywhere, from the data center to the edge. We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team—someone who loves technology, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and wants to make a global impact. /p pThis is a hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary, and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Product, engineering, content, Sales, and other Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing, and the use of technology in marketing. They prefer to work in an environment that emphasises ownership of GTM campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and a drive to always improve oneself / the team / the organisation. They love solving problems, getting hands‑on, experimenting, measuring, and using automation to make daily life easier. /p h3Why You’ll Love This Role /h3 pYou’ll own the GTM strategy for key products, shaping messaging and positioning that speaks to developers and enterprise buyers alike. /p pYou’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with product management, sales, regional marketing, content, and partner marketing teams to bring campaigns to life. /p pYou’ll get creative, crafting compelling advertising, launch plans, and campaigns that make our products stand out in a competitive landscape. /p pYou’ll measure impact, using data to refine messaging, optimise marketing funnels, and drive customer engagement. /p pYou’ll be part of a truly global team, working with colleagues in over 85 countries in a fully remote, high‑performance environment. /p h3As a product marketing manager, you will: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for a range of products. /li liLead messaging and positioning efforts ensuring our products stand out in a competitive market. /li liLead content planning with product managers — from website copy to whitepapers, blogs, and sales enablement materials. /li liCollaborate on marketing campaigns, partnering with regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth. /li liLaunch new products and features, leading cross‑functional teams to drive awareness and adoption. /li liRun competitive analysis, staying ahead of market trends and evolving our positioning accordingly. /li liSupport the customer success team on driving customer engagement and growth, working on strategies to upsell and cross‑sell across our customer base. /li liPlan and execute global events, live webinars, and community meetups that align with our GTM priorities. /li /ul h3What we are looking for in you /h3 ul liA passion for technology and open source—you get excited about innovation, software, and community‑driven development. /li liStrong storytelling skills—you know how to craft messaging that resonates with both technical and business audiences. /li liGrowth mindset—someone who thrives on experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. /li /ul h3Nice‑to‑have skills /h3 ul liData‑driven mindset, using insights to refine strategies and improve performance. /li liExperience in product marketing for enterprise software, cloud, DevOps, or open‑source solutions. /li liExperience with demand generation, understanding how to translate GTM strategies into pipeline growth. /li liComfort working cross‑functionally with product, sales, partners, and marketing teams. /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 pYour base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
