Your Mission & Impact
As a Business Analyst (HSE), you will play a key role in defining, documenting, and guiding the implementation of a new Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) system for one of our key industrial clients. Your work will have a direct impact on operational safety, regulatory compliance, and the digital transformation of critical environments.
What You'll Do
• Gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Identify assumptions, dependencies, and risks related to implementing a new HSE solution.
• Assist in compiling the Request for Proposal (RFP) package and evaluating vendor responses.
• Participate in the decision-making process to select the most suitable HSE system.
• Support implementation activities with the selected vendor.
• Supervise work execution and validate the quality of deliverables delivered by the HSE provider.
• Assist in user training: preparation of materials, planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Manage progress of deliverables assigned to development teams and external vendors.
• Define test scenarios and perform technical testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with key users.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience with HSE systems in industrial environments.
• Experience in software application implementation .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies .
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish & English (advanced), written and spoken.
• Bonus if you have knowledge of oil tank storage or dry bulk terminal operations.
