Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Agent for Booking.com, including fully paid relocation to Greece.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers throughout the booking process including modifications, cancellations, and travel-related questions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers face in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and improve service quality.
* Stay up-to-date with Booking.com's products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required, with English proficiency being an advantage.
* Previous experience in customer service, especially within travel, hospitality, or booking platforms, is preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customer-oriented focus.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
* Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
