We’re looking for Regional Sales Managers in Spain, the UK, and Croatia to take full ownership of their markets and drive growth from the ground up.
Regional Sales Manager – POS Tech | Hospitality & Retail
Location: Spain / UK / Croatia (One hire per market)
Salary: €55,000–€65,000 + 15% Bonus (based on targets)

You’ll join a small but ambitious team on a mission to simplify and modernise the way retailers, restaurants, and venues manage their operations — with a powerful, all-in-one POS solution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and drive full-cycle sales — prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, and activating new clients
* Deliver product demos and installations; train users post-sale
* Manage your region’s pipeline, revenue goals, and CRM tracking
* Attend on-site visits and provide technical and operational support
* Represent the brand at events and identify high-value partnership opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales
* MUST HAVE experience in POS, hospitality tech, retail tech
* Strong commercial instinct and full-cycle sales ability
* Fluent in local language (Spanish, English, or Croatian depending on region) + strong English skills
* Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
* Based in Spain, UK, or Croatia – with flexibility for regular field visits
