Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Technical HRIS Consultant. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment.
✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* 5+ years of experience as a technical integration expert, focused on HRIS implementations, data migration, and enterprise application integration .
* Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi – proficiency in at least one platform is mandatory.
* Proven experience designing and developing ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading) for large-scale HR data migrations.
* Solid background in integration architecture, including APIs, web services, message queues, and secure data exchange.
* Experience supporting production environments : incident management, problem resolution, change control, and root cause analysis.
* Knowledge of automation tools such as Autosys or PowerShell for job scheduling and operational efficiency.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or equivalent for performance and availability tracking.
* Ability to create technical documentation.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Advanced English (C1) and Spanish .
* Based in Madrid (hybrid role)
