We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure—from internal users to external customers and suppliers. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and networking components.
Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components (workstations).
* Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ServiceNow—both remotely and on-site.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
* Resolve network-related incidents and infrastructure issues.
* Configure and deliver devices for new employees (phones, laptops), including line management, training, and inventory tracking.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies and security best practices.
* Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
* Perform monthly reporting on IT activities and incidents.
* Ensure smooth operation of meeting rooms, including the Cisco-based Leadership Team room.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking components.
* Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Language requirements: Spanish and English (B2 at minimum, desirable C1 level)
