**Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a lawyer based out of Boadilla del Monte.**As part of the Markets Legal team, you will play a critical role in enabling the bank to execute sophisticated transactions safely and efficiently. This role provides a strong platform for professional growth within a highly specialised area of banking law. Experience in structured credit derivative transactions (Required)Experience in TRS over equity, loans and bonds (Preferred)Experience in derivatives on commodities (including EUAs and VCC) (Preferred)**Education** Knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset. (Preferred)**Hard** **Skills** Strong knowledge of market products, including master agreements.
