Hello, future candidate! We are looking for an amazing Sales & Account Manager to join the Italian Business Team in our Barcelona Office, starting in April/May 2025. Ready to take on the challenge?
Your Role at Weekendesk:
* Being the first point of contact with your hotel's portfolio.
* Following up daily on sales and allotment.
* Negotiating new offers with hotel partners.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to maximize offer visibility.
* Monitoring competitors to keep our portfolio competitive.
* Creating action plans to boost sales for underperforming hotels and regions.
* Ensuring attractive and creative offers for customers.
* Analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
* Reporting to the Area Manager.
Candidate Profile:
* Languages: Italian (native or fluent) and high-level English.
* At least 2 years of experience in a commercial development role involving negotiation.
* Strong account management skills and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel partners.
* Target-driven, analytical, stress-resistant, and capable of multitasking.
* Tourism experience is a plus, but all sectors are welcome!
