brAs Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating and managing the wine program, providing thoughtful pairings, and guiding guests through an exceptional dining experience. Working closely with the restaurant management and culinary teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence and sophistication.

brOversee the restaurant’s entire wine program, including selection, purchasing, and inventory management.
brConduct regular training sessions for front-of-house staff to improve wine knowledge and service standards.
brUphold the highest standards of guest service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

brCertified Sommelier (WSET Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred).
brMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments.
brStrong knowledge of Spanish and international wines, regions, and trends.
brExcellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
