For our client, a leading international company in the fashion industry, we are currently seeking a Personnel Administration Manager to play a key role in ensuring excellence within the HR Administration function.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities within HR Administration
- HR administration (execution of all related tasks)
- Manage 3 direct reports
- Handling and monitoring HR-related KPIs
- Supporting the Head of Administration in HR-related matters
- Development and continuous improvement of HR department processes and workflows
- Participation in the implementation of new programs
- Promoting standardized routines and ways of working in line with group policies
- Information sharing and constructive collaboration with other departments.
Tasks
- Work within HR Administration is well organized and appropriately distributed
- Cooperation and coordination with the occupational health and safety specialist, payroll department, and legal advisors are constructive and effective
- Personnel files are complete and up to date at all times
- Information regarding collective bargaining agreements is always up to date and inquiries can be answered immediately
- The confidentiality of personnel files and all personal data is fully guaranteed
- Legal regulations, collective agreements, and works agreements related to HR are complied with at all times
- All HR-related measures are consistently aligned with the above regulations
- The service‐oriented approach of the department toward other departments and branches is emphasized and strengthened
- The direct supervisor is immediately informed of any critical deviations from defined policies
- The work of the HR department is continuously optimized and further developed
- The position holder proactively keeps themselves informed and up to date on labor law and HR-related topics
The position holder shall ensure that collaboration with other company departments is organized in such a way that information flows smoothly at all times and an overall positive working relationship is maintained.
Candidate Profile
- In‐depth professional knowledge of labor law and human resources.
- Very good Spanish level and additionally very good English.
- Relevant professional experience and appropriate educational background.
