Customer Service Representative - Temporal
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and effective issue resolution. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and uphold our commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges using JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor inventory and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Support complaint handling and follow-up processes in line with company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer care function.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service or order management would be preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems would be preferred.
- Strong communication skills and customer focused approach.
- System oriented person.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Meticulous with some problem-solving skills.
