What You'll Do
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
* Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
* Document actions in CRM systems and follow established protocols
Who You Are
* Professionally fluent in Norwegian, Danish, or Dutch
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Calm, resourceful, and customer-focused
* Able to work independently and in a team
* Clean credit history required for banking-related roles
* Willing to work rotating shifts (for Dutch eCommerce role)
