Business Process Manager Quote to Cash (SAP & eCommerce)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Process Manager Quote to Cash (Q2C) to strengthen our SAP & eCommerce capabilities within our international Business Applications team.
This role is central to ensuring seamless end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across SAP S/4HANA, our B2B eCommerce platform (SAP Commerce) and related applications (CDC, CPI). You will act as the connector between business teams, IT, and external partners, owning the process from requirements to execution, with a strong focus on integration, data consistency, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines solid SAP experience, strong business understanding, and the communication skills needed to guide stakeholders, challenge ideas constructively, and drive continuous improvement.
You will join a small, collaborative, and international team where initiative, ownership, and proactive communication are key.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Process Ownership (Quote to Cash)
1. Own and manage the Q2C processes across SAP S/4HANA and connected systems.
2. Implement best-practice standardized processes globally.
3. Adapt and configure SAP processes (sales, pricing, order management, invoicing).
4. Ensure process integration with related areas: Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse Management, QA.
2. SAP & eCommerce Integration (B2B Commerce, CDC, CPI)
5. Support integration between SAP S/4HANA and the B2B eCommerce platform (SAP Commerce).
6. Ensure stable data flows (materials, pricing, availability, orders, customers).
7. Assess technical concepts from external partners and validate feasibility.
8. Provide specifications for enhancements, change requests and new functionalities.
9. Manage testing cycles: UAT, integration testing, documentation and validation.
3. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders
10. Gather, consolidate and translate business requirements (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Logistics).
11. Lead Q2C-related change requests and ensure alignment with business strategy.
12. Act as advisor to business teams, challenging processes and proposing improvements.
13. Participate in Key User meetings and process strategy discussions.
4. Collaboration with External Partners
14. Manage external consultants responsible for technical development.
15. Review solution proposals, estimate efforts, monitor execution and budgets.
16. Ensure all activities comply with internal standards and IT governance.
5. Operations, Support & Life-Cycle Management
17. Ensure smooth daily operations of SAP Q2C processes and interfaces.
18. Handle incidents and changes, coordinate problem resolution.
19. Manage lifecycle of Q2C-related applications and integrations.
20. Ensure documentation: process flows, URS, FS, DS, TS, training materials.
6. Compliance & IT Governance
21. Apply global IT governance and validation requirements (ISMS, QA).
22. Support audits, ensure security, compliance and data integrity.
23. Guarantee proper documentation of system landscapes, settings and interfaces.
Key Projects You Will Be Involved In
24. Implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Q2C processes in additional countries.
25. Integration of new warehouses and logistics workflows.
26. Further development of the B2B commerce platform and customer experience.
27. Process optimisation initiatives in Pricing, Order Management, and Customer Service.
28. Deployment of new technology solutions within the European subsidiaries.
What You Bring
Hard Skills
29. Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, ideally in SAP SD and Q2C processes.
30. Strong understanding of order-to-cash, pricing, customer master, delivery and invoicing.
31. Experience with SAP Commerce / eCommerce integrations (IDocs, APIs, CPI).
32. Knowledge of procurement, logistics or warehouse processes is a strong advantage.
33. Ability to read and challenge technical concepts (no programming required).
34. Experience managing external partners or working in consulting is a plus.
