Training & Career Development
Your journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a 6-week training course, where you'll learn essential skills for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The course includes exams, culminating in Supernumerary flights and earning your Cabin Crew Wings. From day one, you'll be immersed in our culture, with endless career opportunities such as becoming a base supervisor, European Base Manager, Regional Manager, or even our Director of Inflight.
Requirements & Expectations
* Bags of enthusiasm
* Customer service background, e.g., experience in a bar, restaurant, shop, etc.
* Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely within the Ryanair network
* Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
* Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
* Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality
* Adaptable to shift work
* Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
* Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
* Passion for traveling and meeting new people
