We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Global Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth across international markets for our full suite of offerings:
* Leverage Shares Exchange-Traded Products
* Crypto ETPs and digital-asset investment strategies
* IncomeShares (high-yield monthly income ETPs)
* White Label solutions for issuers and asset managers
This is a unique opportunity to shape Leverage Shares' global expansion by engaging with brokers, advisors, platforms, institutions, and retail investors across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
* Develop and execute a global strategy to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) across Leverage Shares' product range, including crypto-focused products.
* Identify, engage, and onboard brokers, financial advisors, platforms, and institutional investors worldwide.
* Build and maintain strong international relationships with key market participants and distribution partners.
* Drive product adoption through education, targeted outreach, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
* Represent the company at international client meetings, industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
Market Development & Outreach
* Collaborate with marketing to create localized content and campaigns tailored to regional investors.
* Host global webinars, podcasts, and events to engage both retail and professional audiences.
* Partner with influencers, digital media platforms, and industry networks to increase global brand visibility.
* Support the growth of our White Label business by identifying and nurturing potential issuer partnerships across markets.
Market Intelligence
* Monitor global competitor activity, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments across traditional and crypto markets.
* Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product positioning and communication strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in financial sales, business development, or investment product distribution.
* Strong understanding of ETFs, ETPs, structured products, and/or crypto investment products.
* Existing relationships with financial advisors, brokers, platforms, or institutional investors (strong plus).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with clients, media, and influencers globally.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global team.
