Headquartered in Spain with locations in Madrid and Riyadh, PUEDATA is expanding its market presence across Spain. We are seeking a strong and experienced
Account Sales Manager
in Spain with proven skills in account development, focused on midsize and large enterprises. Public sector experience is a plus. Experience and relationships with Hyperscale Cloud partners, as well as selling AI and data & analytics solutions, will be advantageous.
The primary responsibility is to develop and grow existing accounts and to acquire new customers in the AI space.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
The Account Sales Manager is responsible for growing the business within a well-defined ideal customer profile and positioning PUEDATA as a strategic partner against key competitors.
Work closely with Partner Sales Organizations (Google Cloud, Databricks, Cloudera) to develop pipeline and create new opportunities within existing customers.
Understand customer value drivers, current challenges, and desired business outcomes.
Collaborate with customers and our technical team to translate outcomes into required capabilities that our services and solutions can meet.
Leverage existing customer references and demonstrate the value PUEDATA has created.
Promote and sell offers, solutions, and services aligned with Keepler’s development strategy, focusing on value selling.
Develop business and account plans for targeted customer bases.
Drive revenue growth through bookings with targeted customers.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders at strategic levels to identify business challenges and opportunities, emphasizing PUEDATA’s value proposition and ROI to give customers a competitive advantage.
Manage overall accounts, including detailed planning, sales forecasting, and communication within the team and with customers.
Maintain high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Pipeline Management:
Build, monitor, and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure a steady flow of near, mid, and long-term opportunities;
analyze win rates and win/loss ratios.
Professional Requirements & Experience
5-8 years of IT/Cloud/Data sales experience in closing new business and managing quotas in Spain.
Previous experience in IT professional services projects related to AI, Data & Analytics.
Experience working with Google Cloud, Databricks in Spain.
Proven success in developing large company accounts.
Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Track record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement in IT sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player.
Knowledge of core cloud computing concepts including compute, storage, database, and higher-order capabilities like microservices, analytics, serverless, and machine learning.
