Betting Jobs is currently recruiting for a leading i Gaming brand who are looking to hire a Director of CRM, leading a large-scale team, based in Valencia. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty, retention, and growth. - Align engagement initiatives with business objectives and marketing strategy. - Oversee daily customer engagement operations, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. - Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM and engagement technologies. - Ensure CRM effectiveness across the full sales funnel and customer lifecycle. - Manage customer registration, activation, retention, reactivation, and acquisition strategies. - Design and deliver targeted, personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, etc.). - Support promotional events aimed at customer acquisition. - Analyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. - Track and report on key marketing metrics, including conversion rates and web analytics. - Prepare regular performance reports on engagement, behaviour, and campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, IT, and data teams for a unified engagement approach. - Lead, mentor, and develop customer engagement specialists and analysts. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's preferred. - Proven experience as a Director of CRM or in a similar senior role. - Background in traditional CRM and i Gaming preferred. - Experience leading large teams (100+ employees). - Strong expertise in customer acquisition and lifecycle management. - Knowledge of CRM systems, engagement channels (email, SMS, push), and analytics platforms. - Technical proficiency with CRM, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.G., Excel, SQL, Tableau). - Experience in land-based or online gambling is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end with a customer-centric mindset.
