Mantenimiento Preventivo:
* Desarrollo y gestión del plan de mantenimiento preventivo existente e implementación de mejoras y nuevos programas de mantenimiento preventivo-predictivo.
* Desarrollo y gestión del GMAO de la planta. Elaboración de hojas de revisiones y actualización y digitalización de las existentes.
* Planificación y programación de tareas y recursos. Coordinación y gestión de equipos de mantenimiento (propios y contratas) y supervisión de los técnicos en la ejecución de tareas (permisos de trabajo, procedimientos...).
* Análisis de datos y generación de informes. Desarrollo de KPIs para medir la efectividad del mantenimiento.
* Gestionar la documentación técnica y elaborar procedimientos de trabajo. Integrar la documentación en el GMAO.
Gestión de Almacén y repuestos:
* Solicitud de ofertas y pedidos para el departamento.
* Diseño, organización y estructuración de los almacenes.
* Digitalización de repuestos en GMAO. Control de inventarios y repuestos.
Otros:
* Hacer de Back up de los supervisores de mantenimiento de Turno.
* Colaborar en el análisis y gestión de resolución de averías. Analizar el estado de las instalaciones y proponer mejoras e inversiones para aumentar su vida útil o mejorar su rendimiento.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos (producción, calidad, seguridad) para asegurar la integración del mantenimiento con la operativa general de la planta.
* Implementar procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.
