Grow- is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in A Coruña.
* Position: Technical Support Advisor
* Location: On-site in Galicia, or Remote from mainland Spain
* Employment type: Full-time
* Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional support.
* Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
* Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent-level proficiency in English (ie C1), plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese (C1).
* Education or hands-on experience in IT, particularly in areas such as cloud technologies, productivity software (e.G., Office suite, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server), or Windows operating systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
* Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.
