Experteer Overview In this role you drive safety and operational improvements at the Fulfilment Centre, supporting a culture of safety and inclusivity. You will partner with Operations Management to reduce risks, boost safety performance, and enhance service quality and productivity. You lead health and safety initiatives, audits, reporting, and change management in a fast-paced FC environment. - Manage health and safety function at the FC, including supervision of staff to meet objectives
- Collaborate on health and safety projects across operations sites
- Provide advice on health & safety matters to stakeholders
- Review and improve health & safety arrangements and reporting regimes
- Plan and organise work systems to reduce risks and adapt plant, machinery, and processes
- Ensure robust H&S reporting and management information
- Support business change through effective change management in FC
- Drive behavioural safety culture across a large, multi-shift operation
