VIE Mission Sustainability - Mexico City
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Join L’Oréal as a VIE for a 2‑year mission focused on Sustainability and Marketing.
Responsibilities
Year One
* Assist in the implementation plan to drive the LATAM roadmap for the division, including governance and execution plan, cross‑functional business partners.
* Develop streamlined reporting tools, tracking, and verification processes. Monitor and track progress in partnership with project support representatives to track collective KPIs.
* Conduct environmental and market research; provide ad‑hoc research, data collection, information synthesis, and consumer insights data to inform decisions.
* Support monthly meetings and draft analysis, e.g., PowerPoint briefing decks and research memos on environmental sustainability topics.
Year Two
* Assist the marketing team with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, event coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities.
* Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support content strategy development.
* Help create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
* Gather data on market trends, competitors, and target audiences.
* Support the planning and execution of marketing events.
* Collect campaign data and prepare basic performance reports.
* Manage marketing calendars and departmental support tasks.
Qualifications
* Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability & CSR, Sustainable Development, Business, Finance or Marketing.
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Previous internship or professional experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital (ideally in FMCG, Healthcare, or Beauty industries).
* Experience in Sustainability & CSR or Sustainable Development is a big plus.
* Quick learning and problem‑solving skills; interest in a broad range of sustainability topics.
* Highly organized, reliable, self‑starting with strong project management skills.
* Ability to multitask, analyze, and solve complex issues.
* English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
