About the PositionWe are seeking a Sales Support professional for our Healthcare division to help drive internal commercial operations in Madrid (Coslada). The role involves working closely with the Commercial Team and other departments to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Elaborar cotizaciones a clientes siguiendo las indicaciones del Responsable Comercial y del equipo comercial, a través de nuestro ERP interno.
- Realizar el mantenimiento de ofertas comerciales y colaborar en la resolución de incidencias.
- Proponer mejoras al departamento de IT para optimizar la herramienta de cotizaciones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de venta definidas por el equipo comercial.
Qualifications
- Formación en Comercio Internacional, Transporte o Logística.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares o en operaciones de tráfico marítimo (Forwarding / Transitaria).
- Nivel intermedio-advanced de inglés.
- Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (paquete Office, contexto Windows, correo…).
- Alta capacidad de adaptación, ganas de aprender y clara orientación al cliente (interno y externo).
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de negociación.
- Orientación a objetivos y trabajo en equipo.
