Key Responsibilities
- Support to the President: Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar, coordinating high-level meetings and strategic engagements.
- Organize international travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and confidential documentation.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the President.
- Liaise with general teams, senior stakeholders, and international offices.
Support to European Directors
- Coordinate calendars and meetings across multiple European time zones.
- Provide administrative and operational support for regional projects.
- Organize travel, internal events, and cross-office visits.
Operational & Communication Management
- Serve as a central point of contact between the Executive Office and internal departments.
- Facilitate communication across multicultural teams and international locations.
Requirements
Manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role within a multinational environment.
Proven experience supporting C-level executives.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Languages
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish required.
- Additional European languages (French or German) are a plus.
