Responsibilities
* Architect and execute performance-based SEO strategies merging technical, off-page, and on-page tactics with growth hacking methodologies to maximize revenue.
* Lead the SEO division, defining clear quarterly roadmaps and OKRs that align technical innovation with aggressive business revenue targets.
* Design and implement programmatic SEO systems using LLMs and low-code automation (Make/n8n) to scale content and penetrate multilingual markets.
* Partner with Product and Engineering to embed SEO architectures into the platforms core, ensuring scalability and indexability from day one.
* Oversee the SEO budget and resource allocation, balancing investment between aggressive growth experiments and sustainable operations.
* Recruit and mentor a diverse team (Tech SEOs, Content), fostering a culture of high performance and rapid experimentation.
* Forecast traffic and revenue scenarios based on market trends, swiftly adapting strategies to navigate Google Core Updates and AI Search (SGE) shifts.
* Translate technical SEO metrics into clear business insights and GMV impact for executive reporting and future strategic direction.
Requirements
* 5+ years of SEO leadership in dynamic B2C Affiliate, Aggregator, or eCommerce environments, with a proven track record of driving GMV growth.
* Deep expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, specifically for large-scale, multilingual architectures and complex site structures.
* Hands-on experience building AI systems for SEO; proficiency in LLMs, APIs, and low-code tools (Make/n8n) to automate research and production.
* Previous success leading cross-functional teams of 5+ direct reports (including senior specialists/tech), blending mentorship with hands-on guidance.
* Advanced analytical skills using tools like Ahrefs, GSC, MixPanel, and Python/SQL to identify commercial intent and measure granular ROI.
* Strong capability in financial modeling to forecast SEO outcomes, define KPIs, and justify budget allocations to stakeholders.
* High proficiency in translating SEO requirements for technical and product teams to ensure end-to-end execution of growth initiatives.
* A forward-thinking approach to growth hacking, utilizing rapid AI changes and emerging technologies to outpace competitors in organic search.
