* Develop and execute hedge fund-level trading strategies (spot, futures, options, structured products)
* Manage significant capital with strict drawdown controls
* Identify alpha opportunities across centralized and decentralized markets
* Implement hedging strategies and portfolio diversification models
* Monitor macro trends, liquidity flows, and market structure
* Produce performance reports and risk analytics
Requirements

* 3+ years of professional crypto trading experience
* Proven track record managing substantial capital
* Strong understanding of derivatives, leverage, and hedging strategies
* Advanced risk management discipline
* Experience with quantitative or systematic strategies is a plus
* Fluent English
Nice to have

* Background in traditional hedge funds or proprietary trading
* Quantitative, financial, or mathematical education
* Experience with automated or algorithmic trading systems
Compensation & Benefits
We offer compensation above current market averages for comparable crypto hedge fund roles:

* Base salary: $160,000 – $220,000 per year (depending on experience and performance level)
* Performance-based bonus tied to PnL
* Additional upside based on capital growth contribution
