About the Role
The objective of this position is to support the follow-up of quality issues and respond to customer needs by managing spare parts orders and making technical preparations for technicians' trips.
Main responsibilities:
1. Collect orders for spare parts and integrate installation dates in the planning.
2. Supporting Customer Care Support in the follow-up of quality issues, follow-up of warranty orders and sharing information with the spare parts department.
3. Technical preparation of the trips, carrying out the Spare Parts Manual and sharing the information with the field technician.
4. Follow-up of reports to coordinate with the Customer Care Supervisor and the Helpdesk Technicians to respond to customer needs.
5. What You Need to Be Successful Vocational Training in Mechatronics.Electrical knowledge.2-4 years of experience in similar position or experience in sales support (preferable Industrial Sector).Knowledge of Office tools: MS Excel, MS Word.
