We are looking for a Creative Director who will lead this Creative Factory.This is not a traditional brand role. You will lead a team focused on AI video creation, visual storytelling, copywriting, and creative experimentation, producing content that explains the product, drives acquisition, and shapes the Memorae brand.The Creative Director will be responsible for designing and operating the Memorae Creative Factory, a system that continuously produces high-quality creative output across multiple channels and formats.AI-generated videos

* You will manage a team of designers, AI video creators, editors, and creative producers while maintaining direct involvement in the conceptual and strategic layer of the work.
The objective is not simply to produce content.This includes defining workflows, production pipelines, creative standards, and the velocity of output required to support product growth and marketing.AI Video Creation Leadership: Lead the development of an AI-first video production capability. This includes working with emerging tools, designing workflows around generative video, and producing content that would traditionally require large production teams.Creative Experimentation: Work closely with the Growth team to design creative experiments that test messaging, visual approaches, and storytelling frameworks. Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of creatives including AI video creators, motion designers, editors, and visual storytellers. Build a culture of high standards, fast iteration, and creative excellence.Develop scalable creative workflows that allow Memorae to produce a high volume of high-quality creative output without sacrificing originality or clarity.Video Production
