brEnsure the proper application of internal development and quality processes (project management methodologies, design, validation, and homologation).
brConsolidate and report QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) at each project milestone.
brParticipate in defining objectives, risk analysis, and overall project planning.
brPrepare the technical documentation required for development (specifications, functional analyses, validation plans, quality dossiers, QCDP reports, among others).
brEnsure problem-solving and technical traceability using structured methodologies (LUP, 8D, QC Story, PDCA).
brParticipate in training sessions and updates of internal development and quality tools.

brDegree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, or similar).
brAt least 15 years of experience in technical project management, especially in the automotive/Powertrain sector.
brProven experience in technical coordination between departments and cross-functional project management.
brHigh level of English (C1) is essential, both spoken and written.
brLeadership skills, global project vision, and a results-oriented mindset.
