Club Med offers high‑end vacation experiences across 70 resorts worldwide. We are seeking a passionate Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen, create memorable desserts, and inspire a small team of bakers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2–5 pastry chefs.
- Design and serve a wide range of baked pastries in the buffet, tailoring guest experience.
- Oversee the setup, presentation, and replenishment of buffets (600–1,000 covers per service).
- Manage pastry inventory, orders, and stock levels.
- Maintain the highest quality standards and comply with Club Med health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Motivate staff toward defined goals and support their professional development.
