The Strategic Sales Director is a global leader overseeing a key growth pillar within MWM and is tasked with ensuring tight collaboration with global corporations in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and other relevant sectors. Complex Mega Projects (CMP), accountable for developing large, complex global pursuits.Strategic Corporate Accounts (SCA), responsible for developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with global accounts.Business Development & Marketing, supporting organizations working closely with Regional & Strategic sales to meet MWM objectives.Key responsibilities include :
Identifying and analyzing organizations' strengths and weaknesses and responding to sales opportunities, including developing a team capable of creating competitive integrated customer offerings that exceed customer expectations.Developing and managing sales programs aligned with both long-term and short-term sales strategies.Managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.Ensuring sufficient opportunities in the sales funnel to deliver the Business Plan.Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field;
MBA is advantageous.At least 10 years of commercial experience.Business-fluent English (C2 or above).Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably SFDC).Knowledge of German, French, Chinese, Arabic, or Spanish.Employment Type :
