We are looking for a Data Security Architect based in our Boadilla del Monte (MADRID) office.

The Data Security Architect is a key function within CyberCTO organization and requires a highly skilled and experienced architecture thought leader to lead the team and build a robust security architecture practice to drive architectural quality, repeatability, automation and resilience across the Integral Data Platform service lines. In addition, this role guarantees the alignment to the Global Architecture Strategy and Principles and with the Cybersecurity Framework and Global CISO Policies.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
* Drive the creation and delivery of a consistent, coherent, and fit‐for‐purpose Data Security Reference Architecture, by establishing and operating architectural governance over technical security standards, reviewing security patterns, roadmaps and solution architecture.
* Drive the creation and delivery of Data Security Architecture including definition of frameworks, principles and security capability model, reviewing enterprise technology solutions for adherence to security principles, and supporting the creation of a group‐wide technology strategy.
* Participate as a key player on the definition of the Data Platform architecture strategy and roadmap based on T&O; Strategy definition.
* Aid Solution Security Architect with data reference architecture for products and projects.
* Identify, and design security technical assets, components and patters to be used across software development squads based on the functional requirements defined by CISO and DPO.
* Provide guidance and training to development squads, transferring skills and knowledge to team members.
* Promote the adoption of standard reference architecture and technology stacks across the organization, eliminating technology risks and unsupported technologies.
* Drive multiple architectural initiatives across multiple teams independently.

Experience
* At least 10 years of experience in leading technology strategy, architecture and/or engineering in a global organization.
Education
* Technical University degree in Computer Sciences / Technology / Engineering
Skills & Knowledge
* Experience working on big data security architecture.
* Broad knowledge of multiple technology domains, including technology platforms, cloud platforms, systems development, and operations.
* Experience with all aspects of secure design, build, engineering and deployment of Security Architecture at an enterprise level.
* Expert knowledge of a broad range of information security controls to protect on‐premises and SaaS based data storage.
* Experience with container‐based architectures and implementations such as Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
* Proficient with security controls and countermeasures including practical experience with identity management, cyber‐security, and IT processes / solutions.
* Experience with modern solution engineering approaches such as build and test automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, Blue‐Green, Agile, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, virtualization, containerization, serverless, and the technologies that support these approaches.
* Excellent communication and briefing skills at senior executive and board level – oral, written and presentation; technical reporting writing across various types of target audiences.
* Entrepreneurial thinking, able to rapidly adapt to and adopt new technology concepts, and consistently find value creation opportunities.
* Technical hands on experienced and with a good understanding of common technology platforms and security technologies.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
