Responsibilities
* Customer Payment Analysis : Work with sales representatives to analyze customer payment behavior, including average daily consumption and late payments. Raise awareness of credit issues and determine credit limits in collaboration with the MD, following established procedures.
* Customer Solvency Analysis : For key clients, analyze balance sheets and profit & loss statements to identify potential payment risks. Conduct financial scoring and risk classification internally and externally.
* Reminder Policy Implementation : Analyze DSO history, adapt reminder strategies based on customer type, and execute collection procedures for unpaid invoices as per insurance contracts.
* Receivables Management : Monitor accounts receivable, communicate with customers about limits, analyze disputes, and negotiate guarantees when necessary.
* Credit Committees Contribution : Participate in weekly and quarterly meetings to review overdue accounts, payment plans, and KPIs. Prepare detailed reports for major customers.
* Support to Sales : Communicate credit management issues to sales teams and ensure adherence to credit policies.
* External Relations : Manage relationships with credit insurers and banks, handle declarations of unrecoverable receivables, and request bank guarantees.
* Dispute Management : Prepare litigation files, monitor judicial proceedings with legal support, and lead digital transformation initiatives in credit risk management, including automation tools for risk assessment and reporting.
Qualifications
* Financial degree or equivalent (master’s in finance and economics preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis or related fields, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
* Experience in process automation for data management and risk detection.
* Strong negotiation skills and dispute arbitration capabilities.
* Organizational skills for legal procedures and deadline management.
* Attention to detail with financial figures.
* Analytical mindset, high organizational commitment, and responsibility.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
