With 3,000 employees across 30 countries, we’re driving a major digital transformation to implement end-to-end business processes, operational excellence, and a fully integrated S/4HANA Finance landscape.
Currently Kardex is undergoing a major global transformation program to develop end-to-end (E2E) business processes, enhancing both customer and employee experiences. This will help the company to achieve operational excellence and a digitally fully integrated business model.
In this role, you will drive Kardex’s global S/4HANA transformation, translating complex finance processes into practical solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and ensure the new R2R processes are adopted efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Lead R2R process adoption and validation, translating into SAP BPDD/BPML/KDD and WRICEF.
* Coordinate UAT, training, and post-implementation support for key and end users.
* Collaborate across functions to document and develop training materials, job aids, and documentation that support process design, development, and maintenance.
* Act as the voice of end users, ensuring requirements and feedback are incorporated.
* Support project reporting, risk management, and change adoption across regions.
* Step in as Deputy BPO when required and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Your profile
* Expert in SAP R2R processes (FI module) and S/4HANA/FIORI; knowledge of SAP B1/ECC a plus.
* Experienced in complex SAP Finance implementations, with strong understanding of accounting, controlling, and cross-functional E2E processes.
* Skilled communicator and relationship builder with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related field; professional certifications (PMP, SAP S/4HANA Finance, CPA/ACCA) are a plus.
