What You’ll Do
* Conduct regular strategic reviews with Director.
* Market analysis, competitor canvassing
* Analysis of rental performance / reservation trends
* Propose / review promotion on products
* Ensure consistency between pricing and cost / optimize profitability (logicality by car group)
* Design domestic price structure to meet business needs and revenue maximization
* Liaise with sales support and account management on requirements of the customer and optimization of account profitability
* Design, test and implement different rates and products to be offered.
* Drilling down existing analysis for more detailed understanding of key profit cost drivers.
* Ad hoc analysis of trends, revenue opportunities, customer behavior.
* Seek ways to constantly improve process and tools which will enhance pricing capability
* Ensure all products information are accurate in intermediated channels
What We’re Looking For
* Level of Degree level at minimum or qualified by comparable experience.
* Track record of at least 2 years in an analytical position, preferably in an International company or company dealing with International markets.
* Proven Track record in working to tight deadlines, analysing large and complex streams of data.
* Ability to communicate at all levels essential.
* Experience with Excel essential, preferably to VB level, error tracing, macro recording/editing, etc (minimum to pivot / vlookup level).
* Experience with MS ACCESS or SQL.
* Fluent in English is a must
* Responsiveness in meeting the demands of diverse and rapidly changing business environments.
* Ability and eagerness to be intimately involved with the business and contribute to business success.
* Ability to analyse system deficiencies inaccuracies and to devise solutions.
* Ability to convince in situations without formal authority and to push back when appropriate.
* Experience and ability to work efficiently in a general business culture and in an international matrix organization.
* Can work on a conceptual level (in terms of systems) and is also able to be pragmatic and results-oriented and perform hands-on change activities.
