Job Description

To support our global major account customers and global teams, we're looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Account Manager to be the technical ambassador to assigned customers and internal stakeholders, providing proactive technical guidance on Shiji products and services to ensure customer needs are met.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Liaise with internal teams, serving as a technical escalation resource, to both customers and internal teams.
* Collaborate with Global and Regional Account Management Teams to develop and execute Account Management strategy.
* Maintain strong technical understanding of Shiji's product suite and the latest trends in hospitality technology to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to product-related queries in a timely manner.
* Provide guidance on products and services roadmap planning, recommended practices, and knowledge transfer.
* Assists with cloud and local deployment of Shiji software, lab testing (hardware, software) and security reviews.
* Monitor and track client performance, usage, and adoption metrics to help identify growth opportunities and address potential risks.
* Possess in-depth expertise in the Shiji product suite and effectively articulate how Shiji solutions can contribute to customers' success.
* Assist with product workshops and coordination of setting customers' brand standards.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across Shiji divisions to promote cross-functional support, engagement, and advocate for success.
* Create in-depth Global Account profiles that show understanding of the complexity of the Account(s).




Qualifications

* Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of hotel technology industry including, but not limited to, POS, PMS and CRS applications.
* Strong technical background and customer service experience.
* Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly customer centric with a passion for delivering high-level service. collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at a levels.
* Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Strong critical thinking skills, proactively offering solutions that meet customer needs.
* Ability to effectively work independently in a dynamic and fast- pace work environment.
* Ability to travel (both domestically and internationally) as required.
* Proficiency in 2 or more languages is a plus.
