Job Details
Cencora Pharmalex is a leading service provider for the Pharmaceutical Industry globally, specializing in drug and medical device approval, market development, and product maintenance.
Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with the Global Consulting Services (GCS) Sr Director & Global Controller on US GAAP reporting, consolidation, and month-end closure optimization.
* Review the completeness and accuracy of monthly reporting, including flux analysis for the business unit.
* Coordinate with HQ Corporate functions on M&A projects and legal entity restructuring.
* Conduct technical accounting analysis and prepare assessments for discussion with GCS Sr Director & Global Controller and Cencora Corporate HQ.
* Lead the GCS Group Accounting team.
* Manage the transition from Lucanet to Oracle EPM consolidation tools.
* Coordinate statutory account preparation and audits across all GCS jurisdictions.
* Review and oversee the Global Chart of Accounts and manage change approval.
* Collaborate with Tax & Treasury on global projects such as tax optimization, bank rationalization, and treasury platform rollout.
* Ensure adoption of Corporate Policies & Procedures across jurisdictions where Pharmalex operates.
* Perform ad hoc analyses and participate in GCS-wide projects.
Education :
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
Experience :
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audit, Consulting, and Finance / Accounting within a multinational company.
3. Strong background in Group Accounting & Consolidation (PPA, Tax, Debt accounting, etc.).
4. Big 4 training (preferred).
5. Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
7. Ability to work in a team and manage conflicts.
8. Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
