Location: Madrid (Hybrid Role with flexible schedule).
Salary Range: 55k-65k (based on seniority).
Responsibilities
* Be the trusted advisor for a major client, building lasting relationships.
* Design and implement managed services & fixed-price models that deliver real value.
* Track and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure excellence.
* Anticipate risks and solve challenges before they happen.
* Manage costs, invoicing, and contracts transparently.
* Identify opportunities to expand engagement through upselling and cross-selling.
* Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders seamlessly.
* Provide strategic insights and progress updates to clients and leadership.
Qualifications
* Experienced in Service Management with a proven track record moving T&M to managed services.
* Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills in global corporate environments.
* Knowledgeable in IT / OT technologies and service delivery models.
* Skilled in SLA / KPI / risk management and complex projects.
* Fluent in English (C1), comfortable in multicultural teams.
* Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable.
