You will be responsible for evaluating financial performance, preparing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Your analytical expertise will support decision-making and contribute to the financial health of the organization.**What you’ll do**Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.Validate and consolidate personnel cost budgets and FTEs, identifying and explaining variances.Prepare cash flow projections and analyze deviations from budget.Conduct monthly sales analysis and manage quota distribution among company managers, identifying discrepancies and providing corrections for commission calculations.Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reviews, including 3-year financial projections.Develop financial reports and executive presentations.Ensure strict compliance with internal control standards and regulations.Support audit processes and provide essential documentation.**What you’ll bring**Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and controlling departments.High level of English proficiency.Strong accounting and analytical profile.Commitment, autonomy, availability, and excellent communication skills.Experience in a Big Four firm and familiarity with the Tagetik reporting tool will be considered a plus.You can thrive at Wolters Kluwer, with a strong sense of belonging.
