The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, talent-centric, and passionate HR Manager to join the HR team supporting Carolina Herrera Beauty and Lifestyle Brands. Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in both operational and strategic support for our talents and managers (approximately 150 people), actively contributing to the implementation of HR solutions. You will act as a true business partner, ensuring a supportive and engaging employee experience, aligning HR practices with the needs of the business and organization.
What you'll get to do
* HR Business Partnering:
o Provide day-to-day support to managers and talents across all HR-related topics.
o Coordinate with HR specialist teams (especially HR Administration) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
o Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, growth, and offboarding.
* HR Processes & Annual Cycles:
o Coordinate annual HR campaigns such as performance reviews, talent reviews, and compensation processes in collaboration with Group teams (Talent Management & Compensation & Benefits).
o Ensure effective and timely execution of all HR processes.
* Talent Management & Development:
o Identify skill needs and contribute to succession planning.
o Support talent identification and acceleration programs.
o Lead the training strategy: gather needs, design training plans in collaboration with the Learning team, monitor implementation, and assess impact.
* Career & Mobility Management:
o Support employees in their professional development through career advice, trajectory planning, and internal mobility.
o Contribute to defining tailored mobility strategies aligned with individual aspirations and business priorities.
* HR Analytics & Strategic Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (headcount, mobility, performance, training, etc.) to support data-informed decision-making.
o Prepare and deliver strategic presentations using HR KPIs for the brands, with a strong data-driven mindset.
* Cross-functional Projects & HR Initiatives:
o Participate in or lead HR projects such as change management, ways-of-working transformation, HR tools evolution, and employer branding initiatives.
o Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist on recruitment topics and onboarding processes.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* Proven experience (7-8 years minimum) in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international environment or within the consumer, retail, luxury, or beauty industry.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
* Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments and able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Genuine interest and curiosity for the beauty and fashion industry.
* Talent-centric mindset, passion for the evolution of HR and its impact on business and talents.
* Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, adaptability, and confidentiality.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Proficiency in HR systems and a strong interest in data-driven and transformational HR environments.
